BEE Interiors proudly supports Women In Construction via Apprenticeship Schemes

BEE Interiors Group actively promotes diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

Women in Construction Week sees the Industry recognise the achievements and contributions of women in the Construction Industry.

Via Apprenticeship Schemes we have actively championed the value of encouraging women to work in the Construction.

Megan Riley joined the team as a Business Administration Apprentice in 2020, quickly fitting into the existing team and adding value from day one. She is currently in the final stages of completing her Apprenticeship and her results to date have been impressive.

Megan’s rapid development during her time with us has resulted in her progression creating an opening for another Apprentice to follow in her footsteps and we are delighted to have invited Jess Carter to join the business, again on a Business Administration course.

The youngest member of Team BEE, Jess is already showing great promise as she learns her new role and balances this with her studies.

The value of Women to our business is not just limited to office roles, and Georgia Wilson joined our sister company Prestige Decorations as an Apprentice Painter and Decorator, continuously learning new skills as well as keeping our more seasoned team members in line!

The feedback from her peers is that Georgia is a strong, determined young lady who is doing a fantastic job and is well on the way to giving them a run for their money with the quality of her work.

As a group we are delighted to have all three of these young ladies starting out their careers in Construction and choosing BEE Interiors to be their Employer of choice.
