STEEL FRAMING SYSTEMS

Steel Framing Systems (SFS) are a lightweight steel partition system that can be used in the construction of internal and external walls.

Typically manufactured from light gauge cold rolled steel, SFS is often used to create a framework to support infill and façade systems in a variety of loadbearing and non-loadbearing situations.

These including external walls on concrete/steel framed buildings, continuous walling, lightweight structures and dividing walls in high bay situations.

SFS delivers benefits to all stages of the construction process, from design to installation, as well as providing the client with the opportunity to realise return on investment as early as possible.

SFS components are quickly and easy to assemble into frames for installation, ready to accept infill boards and facing panels immediately. This speed ensures that a structure is rapidly weather-tight and reduces the time it takes for follow on trades to commence their work, allowing for concurrent working in areas as a benefit over traditional façade systems.

Steel Framing Systems can be used in a wide variety of different structures, such as concrete or steel frames, with a wide variety of infill materials, and for loadbearing and non-loadbearing situations.

Compared to other methods of construction, Steel Framing Systems are also extremely lightweight.
