We were engaged by the Main Contractor to deliver the complete Wall and Ceiling finishes on the new build Housing scheme.

We utilised our expertise in the sector to change the specification from traditional Plaster Skim to a Spray Plaster finish via our Approved Applicator Partnership with F&T Terrix. In conjunction with the Spray Plaster we also amended the specification to an F&T Terrix Paint System which we delivered in partnership with our sister Company, Prestige Decorations.

These amendments not only enhanced the overall quality of the finish but also yielded a time and cost saving to our Client.
