WHO WE ARE – AN INTRODUCTION TO BEE INTERIORS

We are Interior Finishes Contractor that operates as a SubContractor supporting Main Contractors to deliver New Build and Refurbishment Projects.

The Company was founded in April 2016 and began trading in May 2016.

We have enjoyed year on year growth and profitability and boast an enviable Client base

The company has since expanded into Painting & Decorating, Passive Fire Protection and Fire Door Installation and Maintenance, further developing our offering to Clients and formed the BEE Interiors Group

The Company operates in both the Traditional Construction Sector and the Modular (Offsite) Sector in which we are one of the leading suppliers in the Yorkshire and Humber Region for the Trades we offer

We are a disruptor in our Sector and constantly seek to enhance our offering by actively looking for new upcoming innovative technologies to add value to our Clients in the services that we offer.

We are a people focused business and believe this is the key to delivering the Quality our Clients expect and deserve.

  • June 2016 Craig Ham joins as Operations Manager, leading Project Delivery and H&S

  • August 2016 First project secured – New Partition at Kingswood Primary School – Value £1k
  • May 2017 End of 1st Year Trading – £400k Turnover

  • May 2017 Belinda Allinson and Craig Ham appointed Directors
  • May 2018 End of 2nd Year Trading – £1m Turnover

2018 / 19

First major Project

  • January 2019 Company secured major Project – Grantley Hall Garden Pavilion – Project Value £455k
  • January 2019 Graham Beal joins Business on a Full Time basis
  • May 2019 End of 3rd Year Trading – £1.2m Turnover
2019 / 20
  • October 2019 Acquired existing Painting & Decoration business to expand our scope of services
  • April 2020 Formed Group of Companies – BEE Interiors Group Limited
  • July 2020 Move to New Premises at the Trade Yard, Beverley and co-locate both Businesses
  • October 2020 Group Turnover breaks £3m mark in our 4th Year Trading – Office based Team grows from 3 to 10

2020 / 21

Turnover tops £4m

  • June 2021 Complete our largest Project to date – Browns Books Office & Warehouse – £460k (One of 3 Projects that break the £400k mark in this Year)
  • July 2021 Expand into Tape & Jointing and Spray Plastering
  • October 2021 Group Turnover tops £4m in record 5th Year Trading
2021 / 22
  • May 2022 Commence largest Project to date, Cale Cross House Student Accommodation – Project Value £2m
  • September 2022 Expand into Passive Fire Protection via sister business, BEE Fire Protection
  • February 2022 BEE Fire Protection secures IFC and BMTrada Accreditation
